"...and it's snowing outside!"
"...and it's snowing outside!" is a poignant play that delves into family dynamics and the complexities of forced cohabitation. The story unfolds after the death of the mother, prompting Enzo Riggi to return to Naples to live with his two brothers, Stefano and Chico. The mother's will stipulates that the three brothers must live together to receive their inheritance in full, setting the stage for inevitable conflicts due to their differing temperaments and life choices.
- Enzo Riggi: A mediocre musician who performs on cruise ships, Enzo is characterized by his irresponsible nature and penchant for gambling.
- Stefano: A depressed and unsuccessful currency market agent, Stefano has been the primary caregiver for both their bedridden mother and their brother Chico.
- Chico: Living in his own gaming reality, Chico requires constant care and attention.
The play explores the strained relationships and individual struggles of the brothers as they navigate the forced cohabitation dictated by their mother's will.
