Born in Yerevan in 1982.
In 2003 she graduated from the Acting Department of the Yerevan State Institute of Theatre and Cinema and in 2009 she graduated from the Komitas State Conservatory of Yerevan.
She has been working as an actress at the Hamazgayin State Theatre since 2003. Past roles include, "Shkhonts Mihran" (Tigranuhi), "Oh, Women, Women" (Anna-Maria), "Christmas at the Cupeillo's" (Ninouch), "Burning Candles" (Esther), "Dragon" (Friend), "Salvation Island" (Vivian McChechin), "The Threepenny Opera" (Poli), "Uncle Vanya" (Elena Andreyevna), "Jack-Pot" (Betty).
She also acts in films.
In 2001 Alla Sahakyan was awarded a diploma by the Ministry of Culture for her contribution to culture.
